While workplace health is very important, we also need to realise that what is going on at home can also affect our performance,” she explained.“Belinda O’Neill and Gail Toal from Bank of Ireland UK in Lisburn gave us very practical steps to financial wellbeing, while Maria Rogan of Parenting NI talked movingly about supporting our children’s emotional wellbeing. Gillian Killiner of 121 Dietitians revealed how food and drink influence our mood, performance and health, while local girl Amanda Johnston had everyone laughing but inspired with the story of how she lost 7 stone and kept it off.”Alderman Allan Ewart MBE, Chairman of the council’s Development Committee revealed that the Health and Wellbeing days around the city were just one of the initiatives promoted by the council. He encouraged everyone to participate in the Annual Business Games which included Dodgeball, 5-a-side Football and Ten Pin Bowling, all dedicated to giving practical support to physically healthy businesses.
